Our leadership is comprised of Lead Pastor Doug Fuhrman and Assosciate Pastor, Galen Beiler. Ervin Barkman and Arlan Hurst serve on the team as deacons. Additionally there are three lay members that service with rotating terms, who together with the Pastoral Team, comprise our Leadership Team.

Galen and Marcy Beiler live close to Gap. They have two sons and two daughters all between the ages of 17-25. They enjoy investing into the lives of young people through the avenues of church, Christian school, and employment at their farmer’s market stand.
Arlan and Rosemary reside in Millersville, PA. They enjoy living life together and guiding their four children in the way of Love and Truth. With hearts willing to serve and support others, they endeavor to live vibrantly for the glory of Jesus Christ in their generation.
Ervin and Martha Barkman live in the Bird-In-Hand area and have enjoyed the dynamics of raising a family of four daughters and two sons. They are now empty-nesters and enjoy enabling others in various opportunities. They are involved with a number of refugees from various parts of the world that are making Lancaster their new home. Ervin also enjoys his involvement in the Real Estate marketplace, serving the Lancaster community for the past 30 years.
James and Sherilyn live near Conestoga, PA. along with their six children. They believe in a church community that nurtures healing and wholeness. This is possible because of the grace of Jesus and the love of the Father. James is a lay counselor, and enjoys walking alongside individuals on their personal growth journey. Sherilyn is a homemaker and enjoys homeschooling their children. They enjoy travel and spending time with friends.
Mark and Abby Stoltzfus live in Cochranville, PA with their four energetic boys. Their desire is to raise up their sons as Christ followers and leaders. They value relationships and doing life with others. Mark is involved in agriculture, and they love doing farm life together as a family. Abby enjoys making their house a home and connecting with other women.
Dalen and Merletta Grove live in Abbottstown PA and are enjoying raising our 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys, ranging from teenagers to preschoolers. We are in the middle of ever changing seasons, as their worlds broaden. Our goal is to help them reconize their potential and live out of their God given identity. Dalen works for AgSalt Processing doing sales and growing new markets. Merletta is a homemaker and works as a barista for a local coffee shop.
